



You will
buy this house directly from the owner. This means no 5 or 6% charges normally
asked for by real estate agents.. The buying process will be suported
by a lawyer of the buyer and a lawyer of the vendor. The buyer's
lawyer will amongst other things, investigate the legality and
the existance of the habitation licence. The real sale will take place
at the notary's office. In Portugal it is usual to pay 10% of the buying price
on the day of concluding the promissory contract.
We chose to launch a fixed price, so that buyer and vendor exactly
know what they are working on and there will be no confusion on
trying to negiotate the price down.
Fixed price : €525.000 (costs for buyer's account).
